Recently we had a devastating flood in our house due to a frozen pipe. We called our agent, SentryWest, and they put us in touch with the major claims agent for the company with which SentryWest had placed our household insurance. The agent came to the house and met with us, and our contractor who would do the restoration. The agent dealt directly with the various vendors involved and gave us a check to cover the contractor’s work. Just wanted to write and tell you what a fantastic experience I had with your employee Michelle yesterday and today. I spoke with her around 3:00 pm yesterday afternoon requesting Cert’s for several of our Customers. Some of the Cert’s had been requested weeks prior – not realizing the staff had changed.

Michelle responded prior to 9:00 am this morning with all the Cert’s and documents needed by my urgent request and the others that weren’t quite so urgent.
